Beta Platform Release Notes
This beta release makes Masterminds more connected, more predictable, and faster to work with across long sessions and collaborative work.
Shared Context Across Sessions
You can now promote work into an initiative-level shared context so every session in that initiative can reuse it. That means a winning thesis, persona, roadmap, or document no longer has to be copied manually from session to session.
To move a document into shared initiative context, drag it to Initiative in the right-side panel. Hold Option on Mac or Ctrl on Windows while dragging if you want to copy it instead of moving it.
When the same name exists at multiple levels, session content still wins over initiative content, which in turn wins over system content. That gives you a clear rule for what is active when you are working across multiple sessions.
Faster, More Reliable AI
AI processing is now roughly 50% faster and more stable, with fewer duplicate-processing issues and stronger sequential execution. Agents can make several tool calls within a single run, and long multi-step work is much more practical.
Sequential runs are also harder to derail, so steps are far less likely to be skipped when the workload is large.
Vibe Mode is now available for longer autonomous runs of about 5 to 10 steps. It is useful for exploring options quickly, but the output may be less polished than a fully guided run.
Better Control Over Context
The history/context window selector now lets you choose how much context to send on the next turn:

You can also see the context gauge update as the window changes, so it is easier to understand how much context is being used and how much you are saving.
Collaboration and Discovery
- Team collaboration invites have been restored.
- You can search for sessions and search inside variable content.
- Trinity Inline is more reliable for quick edits and questions on documents, although Diff Mode still has one known gap when accepting updates.
- AI-edited documents are now versioned automatically, so changes are tracked without manual duplication.
Cleaner Workspace Tools
- Agent selection is easier to read, with masters, minds, operators, and custom agents ordered more clearly.
- Uploads work consistently from session creation, the paperclip, and the right panel.
- Downloads are more consistent for single documents or full trees, with
session, initiative, or combined scope options. - MCPs can be shared at the initiative level, with bearer-token support as the current compatibility baseline.
Leaderboard and StageFlow
The leaderboard has been corrected, and StageFlow and Kanban continue to evolve toward the agent workflow model. The result is a better foundation for tracking initiatives and team progress.
Feedback and Academy
Use the Feedback button in the top-right corner to send suggestions, report issues, or vote on the features you want next. The Academy documentation is also available to help you understand the platform, the agent order, and how Masterminds works differently from other AI tools.
