Context Operations, Collaboration, and Tools Manual

This guide covers the practical operations around your initiative: finding context, uploading and downloading documents, sharing MCPs, restoring collaboration, editing safely, and choosing the right agent.

You can now find lost work much faster in two ways:

  • search sessions when you do not remember where a conversation lives
  • search inside variable content when you remember the idea, not the file name

This reduces one of the biggest sources of friction in large initiatives: knowing the work exists, but not knowing where it lives.

Uploads: three working entry points​

Uploads now work reliably across the main entry points:

1. Create Session upload​

Best when you want to start with a document pack already loaded.

2. Paperclip in the composer​

Best when the file belongs to a message-driven exchange.

3. Right panel upload​

Best when you want to add context without triggering AI right away.

That third case is important:

  • right panel uploads do not process the AI immediately
  • the files simply become available as context
  • they are included the next time you send a message

This is the fastest way to stage context before asking for work.

Downloads: single file, full tree, and scope-aware export​

Downloads are now much more consistent.

You can:

  • download one document
  • download a larger tree of documents
  • choose the scope you want to include

Typical scope choices:

  • Session
  • Initiative
  • Both

This makes backup, migration, client delivery, and IDE workflows much easier to control.

Team Collaboration is back​

Collaborator invites have been restored.

That means you can once again:

  • invite collaborators into the initiative
  • work with shared initiative-level truth
  • coordinate on the same body of context with less manual workarounds

This is especially important now that initiative scope is usable as the shared truth layer.

MCP sharing by initiative​

MCPs can now be shared at the initiative level for collaborative work.

You can promote an MCP to the initiative so other members of that initiative can see and use it.

Current limitation​

At the moment, compatibility is still strongest for MCPs that work with bearer tokens.

That means:

  • many MCPs already work well
  • some authentication-heavy MCPs still need follow-up support

The sharing model is now in place. Broader auth compatibility is the next step.

Trinity Inline is more reliable​

Trinity Inline is now much more dependable for quick document work:

  • quick edits
  • section-level changes
  • focused questions about a document

Known caveat​

There is still a remaining issue in Diff Mode:

  • immediate accept works well
  • accept flow after entering Diff Mode still needs one more fix

So the feature is much stronger now, but not fully finished yet.

Automatic versioning for AI document updates​

When AI updates an existing document, you now have a safer workflow.

The platform versions those updates automatically so you are less likely to lose content by accident.

This helps when:

  • an agent makes an imperfect revision
  • you want to inspect how the document changed
  • you no longer want to duplicate files manually just to stay safe

Clearer agent selection​

The agent picker is easier to navigate now.

The main groups are easier to understand:

  • Masters
  • Minds
  • Operators
  • Custom agents

This improves two things:

  • choosing the right expert faster
  • understanding the recommended order when following Master-driven workflows

Leaderboard: corrected, still evolving​

The leaderboard has been corrected and is useful for initiative tracking again.

At the same time, the full alignment between:

  • leaderboard
  • stageflow
  • kanban
  • agent-flow logic

is still evolving.

So the current message is:

  • the feature is meaningfully improved
  • more stageflow/kanban refinements are still coming

Feedback and Academy​

Use the Feedback button in the top-right area of the window to:

  • report bugs
  • request features
  • vote on existing ideas

The team reviews that queue and uses votes to help prioritize work.

Fast track​

  1. Use session search when you lose the conversation.
  2. Use context search when you remember the idea but not the file.
  3. Use right panel upload to stage files without triggering AI.
  4. Use scoped downloads when you need only Session, Initiative, or Both.
  5. Share MCPs at initiative level when the whole team should use them.
  6. Use Trinity Inline for quick work, but avoid relying on Diff Mode accept until that final fix lands.

FAQ​

Do right panel uploads trigger AI immediately?
No. They only add context for the next turn.

Can I download only initiative-level documents?
Yes. Scope-aware downloads now make that practical.

Can my team share MCPs?
Yes, at initiative level. Bearer-token-based MCPs are the best-supported right now.

Is the leaderboard final?
No. It is improved and usable, but more alignment work is still coming for stageflow and kanban.
