Path Rules (PEF)

• Phase: aN_phase (example: a2_solution_discovery)
• Persona: next segment after phase
• Roadmap: optional segment after persona
• Deliverable: NN_name or NNx_name (step prefix must remain)

Placeholders

• {{mm_session_persona}} -> shown as "Persona"
• {{mm_session_roadmap}} -> shown as "Roadmap"
• [%...%] -> shown as ...

Download Formats

• Single: Original, MD, DOCX, JSON, ZIP
• All: MD, DOCX, JSON, ZIP (with manifest)

Upload Formats

• Single file -> user/<name>
• ZIP export -> preserves folder structure
• JSON export -> preserves paths

Do and Do Not

• Do keep phases and steps in order.
• Do delete only what is no longer needed.
• Do export before major changes.
• Do not rename step prefixes.
• Do not flatten folder paths.
